- The advertised day price is based on a 7day rental between 05 January and 10 February 2012 in the smallest car group available. Prices vary by car type, rental length, date and Avis location.

- Prices are correct as of 29 December 2011 but may change at short notice and without warning. Other local variations may apply.
- Advertised percentage discounts are available across a wide range of vehicles and locations, on all retail rentals with a minimum length of rental of 3 day weekdays and 1 day weekend in Europe/ North America / Worldwide.
- For North American locations, the maximum offer is 10% off a weekly rental valid on all vehicle groups. Applies on weekly rates with a minimum 5 day rental period. Optional products and refuelling are extra.
- Offer is available for Europe residents only for rentals at participating locations in the U.S. and participating locations in Canada. North American rentals, the maximum discount is 10%. Offer valid on weekly rentals of minimum 5 days.
- In North-America, the GPS can't be booked online. It must be booked at your Avis rental agency.
- Rate includes unlimited mileage, Theft Cover, Damage Cover (or equivalent LDW in USA), and Vehicle License Fee, Airport Charges and taxes where applicable.
- All rentals are subject to insurance excess; optional insurances are available locally to reduce this excess. All rentals may be subject to additional surcharges for voluntary options (e.g. for special equipment, additional drivers, young drivers, optional insurances, fuel, etc.).
